The Telework Phenomenon.

TeleworkerCompanies are increasingly embracing Telecommuting as a viable alternative to conventional organization structure. According to Forester Research by 2016 telecommuters in the U.S. will double in size to 63 million people.

  • 25% of IBM's 320,000 workers telework
